Do you get any error message at all?
What does the log file show?

Since it runs as service it shows window "Cobian is already runing check system tray". There is 1.backup that runs every day automatically and works fine. But I need another 2.backup to be runed manually by user. The best way would be to have shortcut on desktop and all user have to do is click on the shortcut .. that whats going on ..

You cannot run the program both as a service and as Application. The program is already running as a service, so there is no need to start it again. Just start the task you need from the interface, manually.
