Are there any tweaks or options that I can set to increase the speed of the backup? I have unchecked 'low priority on active threads' but still the disk speed doesn't go past 5MB/s and the backup is between two Raid 0 SATA II arrays on the same local machine.
I have 10 TB of data to move, so speed is essential.

Any ideas?

Verbose logging, compression, encryption, and CRC checking can slow down a backup. But not sure what your issue is... perhaps one of these or maybe something odd going on. There are no special settings for tweaking copy performance that I am aware of.
