Como cerrar Outlook, antes de copiar. Options · View

en windows vista y windows 7, cuando tengo abierto el outlook 2003, y quiero hacer una copia he creado un evento pre-respaldo: "class:rctrl_renwnd32". De esta forma se copia sin problemas. ¿cual es el evento pre-respaldo valido para cerrar outlook 2003, cuando el sistema operativo es Xp y Windows 2000? Gracias.

El mismo. El nombre de la clase pertenece a Outlook2003 y no al sistema operativo. Pero por que no usas Volume Shadow Copy en 2003 y Xp?

Voy a probar en XP y te digo algo "Master", pero en el caso de Windows 2000, que no se puede utilizar el Sahdow copy y no me funciona el evento pre-respaldo ¿hay otra solución?Think

No funciona usando el nombre de la clase en 2000? Trata de introducir el título de la ventana entonces.

A little help to "teleasirom" because the question might be interesting for more people.
The question is related to a problem with Outlook 2003. He had tried already to make a Shadowcopy by activating a pre-backup task "class:rctrl_renwnd32".
For summary the question would be: what the proper "pre-backup task" to coy the PST file for Outlook 2003 on both operating systems, W2K and XP.

Hope this helps to develop this thread.
