Cobian Reflector runs on:
Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1,
Windows 10 or newer.
On the server side it can run on Windows Server 2008 or newer.
The program uses the .NET runtime 4.6 or newer. Important: newer means here any runtime higher than 4.6 BUT within the major version 4. Example: 4.6.2, 4.7, etc. It will NOT run with, for example, with .NET 5 or .NET 6, etc...
